  12.         Tom Duggan, for as long as everyone could remember, had been
  13.         the maintenance man at the Dartmouth Hotel. He was well liked
  14.         throughout the community, an outstanding citizen and was very
  15.         patriotic. Early this morning he was found dead at the hotel.
  16.  
  17.         With an autopsy pending, the Coroner has yet to disclose the
  18.         cause of death.
  19.  
  20.         According to William Bowers, the Dartmouth Hotel Manager, Tom
  21.         had been working the past two days on the air ducts throughout
  22.         the hotel. He had talked to Tom the night before and everything
  23.         sounded fine. Tom said he was going to work late to get the job
  24.         finished. When Hortense Whatley, the head housekeeper, arrived
  25.         in the morning she found Tom Duggan's body stuffed into the
  26.         dumb-waiter.
  27.  
  28.         Inspector Lestrade has already questioned some people which
  29.         included Mary Duggan, Tom's wife; Hector Bosely, the Bellhop at
  30.         the hotel; Mr. and Mrs. Wallington, a couple staying at the
  31.         hotel; Roberta Simms and Michael Jefferson, good friends of the
  32.         Duggans'.
  33.  
  34.         Knowing Tom for quite a while, you find yourself compelled to
  35.         find out what really happened.

  94.         strangled the life out of him and put the body in the dumb-
  95.         waiter and lowered it.
